SOME FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Is The Niya Foundation a Non-Profit Organisation?
Yes, it is a Non-Profit Organisation (NPC - 251-893 NPO) and Public Benefit Organisation (930072768). We have fully functional trustees, who oversee The Foundation's work and help guide our decision-making process.
Please note: We do not make donations to any organisations or individuals. We are a non-profit organisation raising funds and donations in kind for our programmes.
